Much like the uproar when Sweetwater was purchased, all that will likely change is the bank name on the paycheck. Nobody buys a successful business with a long track record with the intention of disturbing the flow and flying it into the ground. There are likely similar situations of conglomerates and we just don't know who they are.


No they didn't purchase Presonus to run it into the ground. But neither did Gibson when they purchased Vision and Sonar/Cakewalk. They ran both into the ground because they had no expertise in running a software company and programing. I hope Fender is smarter then Gibson.
