You've used the style example of _GYRATE.STY, but mentioned above it's after your insert two different styles. Can you tell us a little but more about your exact steps and methods (the link didn't work for me for some reason; could just be it's blocked on my side, so I was unable to see your video).
When I loaded _GYRATE.STY it loaded with the following:

Do you mean that you are inserting a style change in the chord sheet somewhere, and this is when the silence occurred? What was the original style you started out with?
I uploaded the video again. At the bottom, remove the suffix ". Mp3" and open it (I hope the website supports mp4) In a word: When I load the second style: _gyrate.sty gyrate funky dance guitars Then a silence error occurs. The drum disappears and a silence error occurs Click to download the video
The reason that this happens is the style _GYRATE uses the 'Drums' track for a guitar, and Band-in-a-Box can't change the track from RD to RT, so it defaults to using "silence" for the first style. "Silence" is correct for the Melody track because the first style doesn't have an instrument on the Melody track. There are some ways you can work around the Drums track issue, by copying it to another track for example and muting / unmuting it when needed.
Personal experience sharing: when I put in different styles and play them to different styles, the name information of the mixer station does not change, which makes me feel like blind operation when operating bar setting. I hope it can be realized. Change the style and mixer information together, or is there any other alternative for the time being
