Hi,

Specifically transpose the MIDI bass track up by two octaves to suit Bolder Sounds' Roots Upright Bass(*).

I can't see a direct way to do this, so may be answering my own question.

I see that the Melody and Soloist tracks can be thus transposed, so I could move/copy the track to one of those, transpose it, move/copy it back.

I could select the whole bass piano-roll and drag everything up two octaves.

I think I may be able do similar in the notation window, but I always get in a mess with note editing ... I'm used to MuseScore and BiaB seems so different that I get completely in a mess with it.

(*) The notes in RUB are played two octaves higher to allow a very rich set of articulations and controls in the left-hand area of the keyboard. It feels like a good compromise, but it does mean the notes are in the wrong place.
