My late father-in-law was the music director for his Catholic Church. He used a program, which I think was called minus one, something to that effect. The music was already installed in its hardware. If I remember correctly, he could pre-program the songs for each service and all he had to do was hit the play button and sing along. I believe they were midi files with the midi synth built in?

I think it was called music minus one? Since their hardware was geared toward church music, I assume they will also have a Jewish Music version?

You could also contact your local Jewish Temple/Church and see how they do their music?
