Use your DAW.  but if you have RB it's not a great jump to get 'out of the box'. and copy and pasting individual tracks is dead easy in the tracks window. i like RB because you can see everything in front of you. each track already has a wav form.
its a shame more people don't try it. it works seamlessly with BIAB. i wonder how many people are grappling with BIAB when what they want to do is easy in RB. i know experts on BIAB can do amazing things within the program but having used BIAB since the floppy disc days when PowerTracks came free moving on to the sister software is an ingrained habit with me.
plus RB is free and comes with the amazing support of forum members. In light of the specific question asked and the one sentence solution presented by PG staff and a BIAB specific alternate solution, what is the benefit to the DAW/RB solution?
