I've always had doubts about BIAB upgrade issues.
For example I reinstall BIAB
When I installed the normal version of the 2022 base version.
I found out that has been upgraded to 920? So can I just install the 920 directly?
Why is there such a question. Because the 918 has also improved a lot of realtracks.
So, if only the 920 version is installed, will those improved realtracks in the 918 also improve?
My question is, does it still need to be upgraded step by step to be more secure, otherwise some realtracks will miss fixes and improvements?

The answer is not far away ...
"This patch will update Band-in-a-Box® 2022 to Build 920 from any previous 2022 build. This includes VST DAW Plugin 4.5.10."

I’m confused by your question, but I can tell you that, for each year, all BIAB updates such as build 920 are cumulative. So, installing build 920 does include all RealTracks patches that were included in 918. Another way to say this is that you could do a new installation of BIAB 2022, then install only build 920, and you would be up to date with everything. Thomasc is correct.
Note that this advice does not include any add-on purchases, such as a 49-pack. You must save those installers or download them again from your account, and install them as well on a fresh installation.

In other words, the update file will get bigger and bigger, until the official version in 2023

918 was ~241MB when I downloaded. Patch 920 when downloaded is ~315MB when I downloaded it. So yes, they are getting bigger, but it's still in MB which is a very small amount and doesn't take up much in the way of space. But keep in mind that these are just the bug fixes essentially, they're not going to be anything like your RealTracks content or anything like that. So if you're wanting to reinstall your program from scratch, you'd install your program and any add-ons from your original download links or physical media, then install just the latest patch (if what you are installing was an older patch). You wouldn't need to spend time going all the way back to the patches you missed.
