Too little info and too long ago to help you. But you can try to search the forum for your problem. If it was happening back then, it will be documented there.
Searching the string 'WAV' for the last 11 years? I suspect there will be quite a few results (like 800 or so)  But, you never know... No the quiry above is only 2011 - 2012, 1 year. But there were a lot of hits. Like I said we need better key words to do the search well.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
