With Reaper being the most popular DAW for BB users, here's one way you could connect with Reaper to instantly send track data.

So you can just call on a script to import the track sections from the track data.
You can read the time selection start and end points Reaper is set to.
You could read or write chord name regions.

As you can see in one of the simple web interfaces below it will show current tracks, transport control, mute solo control and more depending on the interface used.
This will all be incredibly fast, faster then track injector.
You could have a track option to "Send Track to Reaper"
"Send Track Time Selection to Reaper"
