Hi Alan
If I could play a good lead I would.
I tried every soloist on BIAB and this seemed the best option with a bit of cut and paste. I do like to mix the genres.
Thanks for the generous comment

Love the arrangement. The drum and guitar got my attention, and the vocals are a perfect fit.

To steal Marty's word: it's a terrific song.

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?

Hi Marty.
Thank you. Yes, John does come up with some wonderful imaginative lines.

What is a "Goldilocks Band"?

Vic, no matter the title, this is a good listen. The drums and your vocals really work.
Great job.

For me there’s no better place in the band than to have one leg in the harmony world and the other in the percussive. Thank you Paul Tutmarc and Leo Fender.

Another fine collab between you and John!

Janice opts for the long title and Bud says, "I always defer to her." smile

As noted by Janneson we like the combined feelings of joy and sadness in the song.

The band, the arrangement and your vocals are very good and well support the sentiment.

Enjoyed it,

J&B

Great writing and I really like your vocal, lots of character and soul there.

Track sounds good also, I like the choice of instrumentation, and good use of EZDrummer.

As far as the title goes, I like Bob's idea, "Love you 'till the end"

Excellent song, enjoyed.

Thanks J&B.
John did question the "joy" treatment and tempo at first but was persuaded after he heard the first draft.

Great song Vic. Very well written, and you did a fantastic job with the vocal. It really matched the sound and instruments you chose. I thought the way you used those breaks and that tambourine was magnificent. All the way around, it's just a great song. As far as the title, at first I thought along the lines of B.D., but after hearing the song I thought the long title was better. But, I think TuneMonger and Bob's suggestion was the best, glad you chose it!

Nice - real nice!

Sorry for all the typos in the original post. I have a new keyboard that's 3/4 size - need that as a result (hopefully temporary) from a recent surgery on my left arm and hand. I typically try to go back and correct the errors, but I'd taken a strong medication and just got up and went to bed, half in a daze.

But I still say it's a great song!
