What I'm looking at for the future is the development of the Standalone/Plugin 1. It will be quicker than Biab 2. It will be released at the same time on Win Lin Mac in Standalone & Plugin 3. The Standalone and Plugin are the same like MULab, RapidComposer and other crossplatform software 4. Works on a whole for all purposes and all users, different modes different uses 5. Not separate development 6mths Win 6mths Mac   Track View inside the Standalone/Plugin Chord Sheet or Linear editing  Same deal as MULab VST inside Biab

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
