A lot of people use Cakewalk because, it's pretty good and it's free. Well, the winds of change are blowing through the hallways of bandlab. If you haven't already gotten cakewalk, don't put it off because it looks like the free DAW might be going away in favor of a paid version. They haven't released the details yet.
