Hi JosV.
I'm only aware of the Fill % in the Soloist dialogue.
If you want to use this feature on multiple tracks, what you could do is to load a track onto the Soloist track and once it is generated, freeze it and then move that track to a Utility track. This will give you a track generated with fills and will free up the Soloist track for use in other ways.
To move a track, the option is found under "Edit | Copy Special | Copy/Move Tracks".

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
