I would try the RealTrack Medley Maker feature to fix the bad chords by using some of the available slots to create a single arrangement of the Brent Mason fingerpick acoustic guitar track combination. I've attached a screenshot.
I would approach the current issue you have shown with bars 7,13,22,and 26 by opening that track with the Audio Editor, highlighting those bars and selecting the 'Fix Sour Notes' option from the Edit Menu.
I've attached the help file description of the Fix Sour Notes feature and another image of the RealTrack Medley Maker set to change slots every two bars with each slot occupied by the same Brent Mason Solo guitar. It will sound seamless but BIAB is regenerating that instrument every two bars.
Charlie Fogle and Jim Fogle offered completely different solutions to fix a badly generated RealTrack so it can be used in professional productions.
After some extensive testings, I decide to go with Jim Fogle's solution.
Charlie Fogle recommended the Medley feature, which is a useless feature. Medley's function is to stitch/connect different RealTracks into one track with transitions, which can be easily achieved by putting multiple RealTracks on different utility tracks, then using Volume Automation feature to play/mute each RealTrack as needed. Putting the same RealTrack into the Medley slots doesn't make it generate better, it's equivalent to an automatic full track regeneration.
Charlie Fogle also recommended "Fix Sour Notes", which is somewhat useless too. "Fix Sour Notes" is like AutoTune for RealTracks, it can do some pitch shifting on out-of-tune notes in order to force a RealTrack to play according to a chord or a key signature, or both. However, it can not fix problems if a RealTrack play different octaves, or different arpeggio styles, etc. Like stated in my previous post.

Jim Fogle's solution is primitive and savage, but most efficient. Don't let BiaB do the cherry picking, do it yourself! Import a RealTrack wma file to ACW, detect the chord, then use a DAW to cut, pick, and combine the needed chords to a loop.
PG Music doesn't want to share chord sequence of each RealTrack with users, so the users have to figure out the chord mapping sequence by themselves using ACW.
Hope one day PG would reconsider.

This installer does not overwrite any v4 files, so your existing v4 installation is not affected. All installed files include "V5" in the name. You'll need to enter your v4 license key.

The beta version is available to all RapidComposer owners, so this is not a public beta. The beta version is usually solid for serious work, but there may be smaller bugs in new functionality. It includes the latest bug fixes, and new features, sometimes months ahead of the release.
Download
The download URL has not changed since v4. You need to add the word "beta" to the download URL. E.g. the URL xyz.php becomes xyzbeta.php. I will gladly send the URL to any RapidComposer owners by request (PM or e-mail).
Installation
Execute the installer. This new version uses the Documents/RapidComposerV5 folder. Your v4 settings are not imported. You'll need to enter your license key (v4 key at the moment). If you cannot locate it, please send me an e-mail.
Installation does not overwrite any previous RapidComposer installation! Version 4 and 5 may coexist on the same computer. V5 application and plug-ins have V5 in the name, e.g. RapidComposerV5.app, RapidComposerV5.vst3
Updates
Updates are posted in this topic from time to time. It is possible to check for updates under the Support tab. Click on "Check for beta version updates".
I just updated the Ample Tele to 3.7.0 to try it out. That's why I did it in RapidComposer as it gave more control than Riffer. I can just drop the phrases from Riffer or Guitar Pro Tab Player into RC, convert to relative form with keyswitches and it will fit over any scale or chord. You can add controllers to the phrases and save them. In the Edit Phrases mode you can add pitch bend controller at the bottom and draw to bend or copy the controller from the main track and paste.
I was using Ample ages ago and they were very slow to fix things like more bars import. I showed them how to make it with a chord track years before EZBass, but the were too slow.

Jazz, Funk & World (Sets 468-475):
Our new jazz, funk & blues RealTracks include a groovin’ collection of RealTracks and RealDrums! These include more requested “soul jazz” RealTracks featuring artists Neil Swainson (bass), Charles Treadway (organ), Brent Mason (guitar), and Wes Little (drums).
