These are audio plugins and not MIDI plugins. As Jim has mentioned, the way to add reverb to a MIDI track is through the synth that is playing the track.

If you want to get MIDI to work on the track you've created, you need to save the tracks as a "Performance File". This is done by right-clicking on the track, selecting "Track Actions", and then selecting "Save track as a "Performance file". Doing this will process the MIDI and create an audio file. This audio file will then play in preference to the MIDI track.

If you decide you want to change any of the MIDI notes, you will need to create a new performance file as it is not automatically updated.
