No. RealTracks and RealDrums have different proprietary file structures. PG Music developed RealDrums first and RealTracks came afterwards. From a practical standpoint RealDrums don't have embedded pitch data while RealTracks do include pitch information.

One way to understand better is to look at the tutorials and processes used to create RealDrums and UserTracks. The processes significantly differ.
While UserTracks are not RealTracks they do offer insight in what it takes for PG Music to make a RealTrack.

PG Music use to create individual RealDrum sets and RealTracks sets but now RealDrums are typically bundled in with RealTrack sets. That helps create the illusion RealDrums and RealTracks are the same time.
