One thing I thought of...I'll typically try a lot of new things, do a lot of fine tuning, with the drums, regenerating each time I play it back to see how it works. I wonder if too many regenerations undoes the changes? Just a guess... Too many regenerations shouldn't have that effect, however, one way to explore this is to save the song after each change with a new name (MySong_1.sgu, MySong_2.sgu), etc. Ensure to freeze the tracks first. Then see if the issue reoccurs.
