Hello Herb,

Another piece of musical magic to my ears. I don't get the same sense of "robotic" on either of the voices as others have mentioned. Maybe a bit of the sibilance Ray mentioned, but not enough that I paid much attention to it. I think I listen to other folks' music a little differently than some of the other forum members. On the first listen, I simply listen as the typical, non-musical listener probably does. I don't evaluate the technicals and mechanics. What I want to determine after that first listen is: Is the song pleasant to my ears, and would I like to hear it again? Also, does it tell me a "story"? And then I listen again, at which time I consider those other things from a musician's/composer's POV.

I liked the song a lot and listened again. I enjoyed the nice but sparse arrangement. It was soft and gentle. The music fully supported the vocals without competing with them. Excellent choice of tracks. I particularly liked the nuanced phrasing of the vocals. Additionally, I enjoyed the slightly extra reverb on the voices. Everything about the song sat pleasantly in my ears.

Take care,

Alan
