Looking the lyrics line by line -- There's nothing particularly spectacular about them. But, like individual threads on a loom, when they are combined, they convey the intended sentiments brilliantly.
To my ear, the music and vocals are masterful in their composition, arrangement a production. A great job all round.
Anyway, I'm going to stop typing now and I going to listen to it one more time (without any more distractions).

Three times..... very nice. Make that 4 times.... even better. You sound like me, listening to things multiple times. I often pick up on small details in the song even on the 20th time. The comment about the lyrics... nothing spectacular about them.... I think someone made that same observation in a songwriter's meeting last night, but that overall, the feeling is what was most prevalent, and of course that was the intent of this song.

Thanks for listening.
