** I have already emailed support about this, but I'd like a general consensus. It's the weekend, so I won't get a response for a few more days. **
Essentially, I forgot to deactivate BIAB when I sold my two previous Macs. So when I have tried to activate it on my new one, I can't, because I've already used my three activations (I don't know what the third one is).
What will I need to do to get it activated on this computer?
He/Him. Gear: Yamaha CP88, Lenovo Legion laptop, 2019 27" iMac, various DAWs and plugins/instruments.

Essentially, I forgot to deactivate BIAB when I sold my two previous Macs. So when I have tried to activate it on my new one, I can't, because I've already used my three activations (I don't know what the third one is).
What will I need to do to get it activated on this computer? My suggestion is to wait for a response from PGM Support. You should also have a 30-day grace period in which to register.

I think you have misunderstood—I cannot deactivate anything.
The machines that used to have the activated copies have been sold. Therefore, there is nothing I can do besides contacting support, which I did.

No, it isn't possible... In place of the "Deactivate" button is an "Activate" button. When I enter the serial number, I get the error stating I have run out of activations. But as I said, when I sold my old computers, I forgot to deactivate BIAB on all of them—because I didn't know I needed to.

Alright, support wrote back, and the situation is solved. I just need to remember to deactivate my licenses when I no longer need them!! An excellent outcome. Perhaps consider opening your original post and marking it 'Resolved', there's a button for that. This can assist others in the future.
