For a RealTracks to be "found" it needs to have the folder in the "RealTracks" folder location with the audio (.wma) files, and it also needs to have an .ST2 file in the Soloists folder in your Band-in-a-Box folder. If you installed from a download, each RealTracks installer includes both the .ST2 files and the RealTracks audio files.
You said you just installed the RealTracks. Run one of the installers again and look at what the folder locations are at the beginning of the installer wizard. Or, if you used the Install Manager just run the install manager and look at what the folders are there. Find the "Band-in-a-Box folder" This is where the .ST2 files are installed. If the Band-in-a-Box folder is C:\bb, then the .ST2 files will be in C:\bb\Soloists\. The Band-in-a-Box executable will be C:\bb\bbw64.exe.
