These days it's becoming quite difficult to find General MIDI plugins like the Sound Canvas. If you have an older version of Cakewalk installed, the TTS-1 would work in PT - it's been removed from current versions of Cakewalk though, sometime in the last year or so. There's also VSTSynthFont - a version of that is included with BIAB. Those are all I know of at the moment.
