I wrote this song a couple of years ago when I realized that so many people are glad that the year ends , thinking that the new year will somehow be better. It happens EVERY YEAR , which means that every year brings good times and bad. So, that's what this songs is about..........doing the same thing over and over and thinking that things will get better. Now don't get the impression that I think that's a bad thing. It's just an observation about human behavior. I enjoyed having some Christmas songs in the background at times in this song. By the way, I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season.
