I don't think it's saying the file is not there, just that it's not a valid VST2 plugin. To fix this problem, I would:
1. Open the Plugin Options dialog - you can click on the Plugins tab of the mixer, click on any slot and select Plugin Options from the popup menu.
2. You may want to de-select "Automatically scan for VST2 plugins at bootup"
3. Click on the 'Add Plugins' button and shift click to remove the search directories there.
This should fix it.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
