You can use one of the default endings, either 2 bar or 4 bar easily.
If it works but feels too long, for example, simply delete as many bars as needed at the end of the song BEFORE the ending starts. Adjust the number of bars to remove as is needed to get the results you want.

You can also simply remove the factory ending by shutting it off in the menu and create your own with a hold on the last chord by typing the chord followed by 3 dots : A... Which gives you a hold and fade.
