Yep, jazzmammal, customers certainly have a perfect right to make suggestions, for improvements they would like to see in the product, or anything else.

Of course, the businessman does not have to listen to the suggestions. But a smart one will do so, if he wishes to keep and expand his customer base.

Once again though, it would be nice if this thread went back on-topic, rather than ex-businessmen complaining about how customers should not make suggestions. (I wonder why ex? Probably because they did not listen to customer feedback.)
