Happy New Year, everyone! How's everyone? I really hope you will have a better year than any previous one, especially recent ones. Anyway, here's my first song of 2022. I do hope you like it - feedback and comments always welcome, as usual. Thanks so much for listening! Just a little bit of background: I read somewhere, over Christmas, that quantum entanglement is the phenomenon whereby two particles, once they meet and vibrate in harmony with one another, continue to so vibrate if separated, regardless of time and space. I found that so romantic ... and I had to write a song about it :-) Hope you do enjoy :-) https://jamesdelsono.bandcamp.com/track/quantum-entangledQUANTUM ENTANGLED I know you're missing me, You know I'm missing you; How do we know? Easily; You're half my soul, it's true ... Quantum entangled, That's how we are, If old or younger, If near or far. So please don't be proud Too proud to admit That you love me, out loud, If only a little bit ... Quantum entangled ... It's not a sin To ditch the sang froid, To invite love in ... *** Quantum entangled That's how we are Though old or younger, Though near or far. Quantum entangled ... Quantum Entangled. Man, you had me right from the title, James. Seriously, brother, you are so good with your own style. The sax was a welcomed surprise since I didn't see it listed with the others. I'm ditching my sang froid. Hey, there's your next title: Up Sang Freud. Excellent lyric and well sung.

Yes, the title lured me in. Then the sang froid won me over. Nice work.

Nice! Mellow, and very much your own style - especially the chords!

James,
Always good hearing you sing. Keep it up.
A very interesting idea to write - makes for a good title (I am reading a novel at the moment that involves the same concept - Interference by Brad Parks)
The sax is nice. The mix is good.

I have used "quantum entanglement" in one of my love songs, so it is very welcome to read and hear your interpretation of the theme You have handled it very beautifully and romantically and supported the mood with very nice simple arrangement and lovely sax. Janne

James you have a style all your own and it is a good style!
I really liked the chord progression and the sax.
Your vocal was very good, you have really improved in that department.
Two thumbs up.
Me, it's not about how many times you fail, it's about how many times you get back up. Cop, that's not how field sobriety tests work.

Nice way to start the year! Better than tangled up in blue...well, actually one of my fav Dylan tunes Your vocal well delivered the creative lyric. As with others the sax was an excellent choice. And the mix sounds very nice on the monitors. Enjoyed it! J&B

Happy New Year James!! What a great idea to take a physics phenomenon and apply it to a spiritual connection......very clever!!! Nice job on the music and narration too!! I know you're fond of diminished chords....I like them myself. Well done!! Take care. Greg

Haha, thanks Greg!!! Happy New Year to you, too!!! Diminished chords are, to me, the spice of music, so ... ;-) Glad you enjoyed the song, thanks for taking time to comment! :-)
