Australian bass player and music educator, George Urbaszek, began using Band-in-a-Box in 1998 on a Windows system. Now George uses a Mac system and has re-discovered Band-in-a-Box in a big way. He mainly uses the software to generate play-along tracks for almost all of his bass lesson videos and for many of his face-to-face lessons.

George says "Now that Band-in-a-Box has real instruments played by real musicians, it feels exactly like playing with a live band or on a recording session. And that's a bonus, because it makes my own playing come alive. Typically, it takes less than three minutes for me to set up a very useful track."

Besides the experience of being a stylistically-versatile professional bass player for 40 years and a university lecturer for jazz and contemporary music for 23 years, George has been teaching bass to students on You Tube and to his course subscribers at www.creativebasslessons.com
