Creative Soundblaster Audigy2 Platinum - PCI w/front panel
This is an older card, PCI. It has a front panel with RCA, optical, spdif, sb,midi, 1/4in in/out.
I really like this card and it has served me well with PT and BIAB.
But I can't use it anymore though it still works fine. The motherboard on the computer I was using went belly up and the one I've replaced it with doesn't have room to install that front panel. Rats.
It's still a good card for some installations/applications. Creative even has a windows 7 driver for it, both 32 and 64 bit.
If anyone wants it, I'll send it for the cost of shipping. I'd like to know that you'd be using it with BIAB. I'm in Edmonton (Canada) where postal service is slow and high, but it shouldn't cost too much to mail.
I'll be out of touch for a few days here, but will check back in to see if anyone is interested --

Hey Orion,
Is it not possible to get a "break out" box for the front panel? Seems a shame not to use it.
I've been using Audigy 4 pro which has stand alon panel for in's and outs.

I'd love to have that card. Right now, I'm running a SoundBlaster Live Platinum card in a Windows 98 box. Does a fine job, but the Audigy card would actually be a step up for me!
