I suspect there is a solution to this. BIAB keeps insisting on inserting an E flat Major chord into the first beat of the bar of a one-bar-intro measure. The key is C minor. It is a C minor blues. The 3rd beat of that 1-bar intro is F-minor-7 and the 4th beat is B-flat-7 then it goes into the aeolian C-minor-7 chord.
I even tried entering two commas and it still keeps insisting on putting in an E-flat-major chord.
I also tried chord settings "Rest Only" and when I export the tracks as single tracks the wave form is still there for the first two beats.
I'm not surprised the Eb is there, as it is the relative major for Cm, and you first set the key signature to Cm (or should have).
Is your objection that it says Eb instead of Cm or Cm7? I can overtype the Eb with Cm and it sticks, even after I press Play. If you can't, then return to factory settings as Mario suggests.
Or is it that you want no chord at all to show there, in what is a pickup measure? BIAB instructions say there is an N.C. symbol for No Chord, but it isn't implemented. I can delete the chord, but the moment I press Play, BIAB supplies the Eb in the first measure and also in the last measure of the song's ending. I don't know how to get rid of that, but as I say, put the Cm in.
What year and build for BIAB do you have?

Yes I want no chord to sound there. I tried NC and N.C. with no luck. I tried the chord builder Clear chord with no luck. I even set the number of beats to Two with no luck. I have not tried factory setting yet because I need to find my list of custom settings. Did I mention I tried chord settings Rest Only? That sounds like it should work but it didn't.
I did set the key to C minor. So for now I have set the chord to C minor.
I actually am creating backing tracks with each instrument on a separate track. I could strip the chord out on a DAW but Audacity sometimes exports individual tracks out of sync a bit.
