Hello I’m Guido from Italy .
I use Helix floor as audio interface on windows 10 pc , next time go to Mac, and works fine with DAW Cubase elements and Reaper.
I have a problem with Band-in-box 2020 software that I use to compose simple backing track.
Audio signal from this program is inaudible .
it doesn’t go through Helix so I don’t ear any sound from this software .
In windows audio setting all seems ok , but in windows mixer I don’t see any signal.
Probably is a problem of setting and maybe of midi setting , but I am not an expert and I can’t be able to found the right setting.
Can you help me ?

This is just a guess. Make sure BIAB is using the Helix for input and output in the sound setting for BIAB.
2nd On your Mac go to System Settings and make sure Helix is set to input and output under Sound. Do this with BIAB closed and then re open BIAB after you made changes.
In Windows ASIO driver for Helix will give low latency as you already know, Macintosh is automatically set.
I used to have Helix and would set it up for input and output on Mac but did not have BIAB at that time.

MIdi setting are not important for this issue ?
Today I try setting into win10 then on mac that I'll use in th future after buy a crossagrde version
