Previously I had no problem exporting audio from the start to the finish of my project. Then something changed. I don't know what I did, but several bars are missing when I do an export.
Where are the bars missing? At the beginning? The end?
Are you on Mac or Windows?
What version of BiaB do you have?

I think I've figured out what's going on, but not how to correct it.
BIAB is now exporting my audio at 44.1Khz. Earlier it was exporting at 48Khz. When I dragged the 48Khz audio into my Cubase project, that audio played along with the audio that was already in my Cubase project. But now the 44.1 audio is shorter in duration, so it appears to be missing some bars.
How can I get BIAB to export audio at 48Khz?
BTW, I'm using BIAB 2019 (most recent update) on Windows 11.
To export, I clicked the .wav icon at the top, and chose Export song as audio file.

Hmmm, I don't think I can help. I have version 2023 and use the Save Special command and then select .mp3 or .wav.
Hopefully someone has 2019 available. If not, is there an option in the settings that might fix the problem?

Under the Audio menu (#1), select Export Song As Audio File (#2) and set the sample rate to 48,000 Hz (#3). I use a bit depth of 16 bit (#4) which is BIAB's audio format but in BIAB 2023 this defaults to 24 bit. I'm not sure what happens with BIAB 2019.
In BIAB 2019, you may also need to use the Render button (#5) after making changes so that the settings become permanent. This will create a wav file. Older versions of BIAB required this step but it might not be necessary in 2019 as it's no longer necessary in 2023.

You can't - version 2019 only supports exporting at 44.1KHz. Maybe you were using a more recent version before? 2020 and higher support 44.1, 48 and 96 KHz.
I should have looked up 2019's instruction manual. My apologies for leading your astray.
I'm surprised that Cubase doesn't automatically convert the 44.1 kHz to 48 kHz. I use Reaper and it's seamless. I just drag my track across and Reaper looks after everything. Cubase is a very respected program. That makes me wonder if there is maybe a setting somewhere inside it that allows it to behave just like Reaper behaves.
