Hello,
I spent hours trying to obtain a sharp ending for my song, but without results.
My knowledge of English being limited, I am not sure "sharp" is the right word to describe what I am looking for.
I want a short and energic chord to end my song, a chord equivalent to a 1/4 bar and placed on the 1st beat.
Would anyone have an idea?

Sounds like you want "shots", though you may have already tried that.
Select the chord cell, type Alt-F4 and they're mid-right.
One can also enter them just by typing in the cell, e.g., a chord name followed by two dots: C..
There's more detail on pages 109 & 112 of the manual.
Jazz relative beginner, starting at a much older age than was helpful.
