ENCHANTED BY ME: An Ode to Taylor Swift So this past weekend, I went and saw the Taylor Swift movie with a notepad in my hand and this is what happened inside my head while I was there in the theater. It is about my last break up, which was before I got married you know, but anyway, my BFF will understand and so will Taylor, who if she listens to my song will be my bestie and BFF forever!! (Is that redundant??) P.S. I have to add that if you want to join my new fan club of screaming teenagers and their parents they are now calling themselves "Snydies." Genious! I'm enchanted by this pop magnet. Only D. Snyder can start a song with lines "My favorite room in your apartment/Is the room where the toilet is" and make it work to the end. Funny, catchy, touching. If Santa is listening now, I wish that this would be the Christmas Number One.

Truly an inspired send up, and a great tune! Loved everything about it, but above everything else, I loved the contemplative profile pic on the SoundCloud page. Just too, TOO sublime. Ha!

Ooo, I read this post on my phone yesterday and couldn't wait to get in here to give it a proper listen. Our granddaughter Charley could be her teleprompter.
"Cause I am enchanted by me
And you are only enchanted by you" --seems to be a mirror song. You know, one of those psyche events where one sees all the wrong in others instead of themselves.
Man, I can just see you sitting in the theater with your notebook. Had to listen a couple times to shake that vision of screaming teens and tweens bopping around.
Can't wait to hear the Taylor's Version.

Okay, the critic is raving. Just took Charley to school and played it for her. She loved the idea for the song, and she thought your lyrics were funny. She said she loves it, but immediately put on Swifty's version of Enchanted.

You are one of the most creative and interesting people on the forum. None of us know what to expect when we click on one of your songs - but we know it will be dang good. Mr. Creativity strikes again! For a moment, I was thinking I'd love to see what goes on in that brain of yours. Then reality struck and told me it would probably scare the hell out of me. So now, I just wonder what's going on inside my brain. Bad move - scary as hell, too!

I agree with all that has been mentioned. And yes, your creativity is limitless (so is your inspiration!).
However, to completely fit the bill it needs just more (minor) thing. A video on TikTok with you dancing in the room (or going to the toilet maybe).
