I had trouble figuring out the authorization. In it, they are asking for your login credentials to their site - user name and password. I made the assumption that they were asking for the serial. After several "misses", I FINALLY realized they actually Meant PASSWORD... it activated. Another choice is to download their download manager. When I logged in, I found that I actually had Sparkle, too (and Rowdy). And there is a Nice free synth. Using the manager, they download, install and activate in one operation.
I had to download and install the UJAM setup, then the VG-SILK_osx_1418.pkg as well as create an account.
I had to use the UJAM package in order to install the VST. Then opened the VST in one of my DAWs (Reaper) and I was promted to authorise it by entering my email and password. Works fine in Studio One as well. A very tedious process.
Ya, I have other UJam also. But this time even with the UJam manager it will not accept my login and password (...does not exist) needed when loaded in my DAW. Even though I can log in on the web site. I have 30 days free. I expect to hear back from the soon.
I downloaded it an installed it with no problems. What I didn't know was that I had three other DLs available and all three were very good; that doesn't happen very often!

Some random stranger comes in with a post for a product like this at this price?! It's pretty obvious you are the developer of this product; or possibly the owner of the entire company!
Either way you are clearly trying to drum up sales so you can line your pockets with our hard earned cash. I wasn't born yesterday Mr!
