I note that the per-bundle page for the UltraPAK shows a startlingly higher number of styles for 2024 compared with 2023. 7000+ vs 2800+ and I'm curious about why. I have most of the various add-on packs and 10,000+ styles and I think I was of the opinion that BIAB already had something on the order 7000 styles. If this were a typo on earlier versions I would expect PGM to have corrected it. So are there really 4,000+ additional styles this year than last, or has the counting method been changed, or what?
Jazz relative beginner, starting at a much older age than was helpful.

As far as I have read, there was not an announcement of a greatly larger number of new styles for 2024.

Xtra Pak 17 contains 200 extra styles. There could be around 100 other new styles in other paks (2024 free bonus pak, XPro styles) etc. It's too difficult to actually work this out  Previously (2023), I had 10,000+ styles, now after a rebuild of the style picker that number is 11,141 (PG Music Styles only).

It looks like the 2023 number is just counting the MIDI styles - we'll update that.
There are approximately 550 total new styles (RealStyles + MIDI styles) added in 2024. Of those, 200 are Xtra Styles, 100 are XPro styles, and the remaining 250 are Bonus + 'RT Set' styles.
(To clarify, I'm just talking about .STY files, not RealTracks and Drums - there are a great many of those as well...)

It looks like the 2023 number is just counting the MIDI styles - we'll update that. I suspected it was something like that, hence my "counting method" comment. I had the opinion that the 2023 (and earlier) numbers were too low, rather than the new number too high. I was fairly sure there were something approaching 7000 in 2023. Thanks Andrew.
