Too bad I can't stand Ninezero's nasal voice (he always sounds like he has the sniffles), but that's not your fault.

Thanks B.D. for your kind feedback smile Unfortunately, you have to stand Ninezero in other songs by me in the future, but you are free to skip them to avoid the terrible suffering laugh

Oh, and love the ingenious insertion of the accordion on this tune!

My very best to you,

Deej

Thanks Deej for your pleasant comment smile I really like the description "a wall of impressive sounds". And glad you liked the accordion, luckily it worked with the pushes.

Good job sounding different, too. My youngest daughter walked by and asked "What's that?", which rarely happens.

Nice work! smile

Thanks David for your pleasant feedback smile I couldn't think anyone else singing this than NineZero... I have found some tricks to have more dynamics and variations in his voice, but I agree that it is not the easiest one to work with.

The powerful grunge band and then the Latin feel in the bridge/solo sound fine.
It's an experimental mashup that completely works for us.

The lyric, melody and progression are creative and well executed.
Like Deej mentioned several listens are needed to appreciate the subtleties of the song.

We enjoyed it!

Thanks Janice & Bud for your insightful feedback and enjoying my little tune smile Glad you accepted the grunge vs. Latin combination. And Steely Dan reference is always a huge compliment smile

Thanks for the positive feedback on my song smile I agree that the song deserves better vocals, can you get Dave Grohl or Brian Johnson sing it!?

So that fits with those lyrics. But I believe you'll break your head sooner than that wall!
You had an interesting choice of instruments. But like I said, suitable for this song.

I only noticed those electric guitars had a hard time somewhere around 2:35 and further.
Nothing serious, but it came to me there.
Yes, I like what I heard. I'm breaking the wall is still in my head!!!

For a more serious song I wouldn't pick Nine Zero...

Hans

Thanks Hans for your kind comment smile Glad you liked my song hmmm I have one more NineZero song finished, I hope it is not this serious...

The instrumentation you ended up using work---I can't imagine it being as effective with any other combo.

Janne,

BIG Music, done well! A great sound - especially the chorus.
Never let's the ear go.

Nice use of BIAB - not a "typical" BIAB song.

Much enjoyed.
