Moin, wie jedes Jahr habe ich ein Update von Biab gemacht, dabei ist mir aufgefallen, dass besagte RealTracks bei der 2023 Version nicht dabei waren. Ich habe RealTracks pro bis Nummer 14 aber es scheint so, dass diese dort nicht enthalten sind. Nun klafft nach dem Update auf 2024 eine Lücke in meiner RealTrack - Verwaltung. Was ist der Grund, kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

Hallo, Störtebecker,
schwer zu sagen, wenn du kein Update ausgelassen hast, dann solltest du auch alle RealTracks haben. Wenn du allerdings mal ein Update übersprungen hast, (also z.B. von Version 2021 direkt auf 2023 upgedated), dann fehlen dir tatsächlich Realtracks, nämlich jene, die mit dem übersprungenen Update installiert wurden.
Falls du aber tatsächlich lückenlos upgedated hast, solltest du beim Support nachfragen. Du findest, wenn du die Updates hier im PGMusic Online-Shop gekauft hast, alle Dateien auch in deinem Kundenbereich.

Moin,
habe das MegaPak 2023 gekauft und die RealTracks 401 - 429 sind nicht vorhanden. Es sind genau die RealTracks der 2023 Ausgabe, welche fehlen. Habe auf Uploadseite nachgeschaut, auch dort sind sie nicht enthalten. Das SupportTeam meint ich könne die fehlenden RT nachkaufen, aber warum sollte ich das?

naja, das war schon immer so, damit will PGMusic vermutlich sichern, dass man nicht von einer uralten Band-in-a-Box-Version für kleines Geld mit einem Upgrade das komplette Realtracks-Paket der letzten Jahre bekommt. Möglicherweise benötigst du ja nicht alle der fehlenden Realtracks, da ist ja eine große stilistische Bandbreite vertreten. Oder du fragts bei sales@pgmusic.com mal nach, ob sie dir ein attraktives Angebot für ein Paket mit allen fehlenden Tracks und Styles machen können.
