Original tune - I used B.i.a.b style: 'Missed Fingerpicking Songwriter' and
mallet drums from Style: 'Tame Gentle Indie Folk'
I play baritone ukulele, ronroco, ac/el guitars, lap steel guitar, wurly & hammond.

Hi Carl,

Background music, that's obvious. Nice to listen to from the comfort of your armchair.
It's a pity that the track only takes off at 1' with a nice acoustic bass. And, like all ambient pieces, it needs moments of deep breathing (Fewer notes lead guitar).
I like the cello and also the baritone nylon guitar (is that right?).

Well done Carl!

Ah, there you are. Happy Sunday, Carl. Had to take a quick break from a busy morning, and climb into the front pew. Baritone Uke? Quite an unusal guest speaker today, and a terrific sermon. The rest of the band seemed happy to have him at the pulpit. You create these soundscapes much like all the great classical composers, each instrument adding special touches where needed. Enjoy your week!

Enjoy whatever happens!

Paul - thanks very much for your comments and advice, I will take your suggestions into consideration on my future tracks!
Background music - hummmm....?
Fewer notes on lead instruments makes sense!

Best, Carl

Hiya Marty - always so grateful for your encouragement and positive comments,
see you soon at the church you mention!
Will aim at a less severe sermon in future - need to inject some 'happy'
See you soon at the front pew,

Cheers, Carl

Sorry Carl,
I use a French-English translator ! And I didn't check. I speak a little English but not enough to write without checking a minimum.
Here, I meant "ambient music" and he translated Background music. Oh, the naughty one!
I really like your songs and the sound of your guitar. What's more, the guitarist is really talented!

Carl, this is a very relaxing piece of music.
Ambient music for sure.
I will respectfully disagree with Routou in that I think this is perfect as is for an ambient masterpiece.
As usual everything is perfect.

My wife had her driving test today.
She got 8 out of 10.
The other 2 jumped out of the way!

Hi, Carl.

Very pleasant, and nicely played.

I agree with Routou's first comment about "background music", in the sense that unlike a flashy guitar solo that stands out in front, the instruments at points blend together to calmly move the listener forward.

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?
