Hi all anyone let me know what i am doing wrong , i click on the multy picker everything works except chord builder any thoughts thanks fmm

Just to be clear, you are using the MPL where you access "Chords" and then see both "Progression Builder" and "Chord Picker". Try a reboot to see if that persists, or with the program not running, temporarily rename c:\bb\preferences\intrface.bbw to something else

I have had the same thing happen to me twice now. Restarting the computer or program made it show up again. I have not tried renaming the file since this has happened only twice now.

I seem to recall that it's been reported elsewhere. I agree with the suggestion to temporarily rename the file intrface.bbw.
You might also try Options > Return To Factory Settings (Choose 'Most').

We can't duplicate that issue.
I'd be interested to know how you're running the ChordBuilder, for example are you
- opening the multipicker and then clicking on the Chords tab
- or pressing Ctrl-Shift B hotkey to run ChordBuilder
- or pressing the ChordBuilder toolbar button

I'd be interested to know how you're running the ChordBuilder, for example are you
- opening the multipicker and then clicking on the Chords tab
- or pressing Ctrl-Shift B hotkey to run ChordBuilder
- or pressing the ChordBuilder toolbar button It has not happened since so I don't know what that was about.

- or pressing the ChordBuilder toolbar button No. And I had shut down the computer... turned it back on and the same problem still exists. Doesn't happen on my old desktop computer, Chord Builder window opens okay there. Both on Windows 11.

We spotted the circumstance where that could happen and it is fixed in the upcoming patch (out in a few days, also has some new features)

Hi all problem solved i normally right click open in administration chord builder but hit open that's why the chord builder did not show!! thanks to support it was resolved and to all who responded and Peter Gannon great work thanks fmm
