This is another experiment with suno. I uploaded the lyrics and told it to generate a track of this nature. What I am trying to find out is if I can get suno to create only the vocal by taking it out of the music track it creates. I found software to do this but the results are unusable.

Did you try the new Stem Splitter in BIAB? Not sure how good it will work, as the vocal is really buried in the mix.

Hi, Billy.
I used the new stem splitter in Audacity. It pulled out the vocal, but because of the instruments, it's not high quality. Plus, the vocal has a lot baked into it: a bit of chorusing, harmony, and reverb. So it's not dry vocals you could drop onto a background track that would sit well.
If you're looking to create vocals, I'd suggest something like SynthesizerV or Ace Studio.
You could even load the Suno vocals into either of those programs, but there would be a lot of cleanup. Ace Studio did an OK job guessing about half the lyrics, but SynthesizerV was hilariously wrong, only getting one or two words right.

What I am trying to find out is if I can get suno to create only the vocal by taking it out of the music track it creates.Not sure if you want Suno to isolate the vocal stem which I doubt that it can. Please disregard if you are already aware of the following site. I loaded your suno recording into here and it isolated the vocal just fine. For those interested in DAWs, Mixcraft 10.5 now has the onboard ability for stem separation which is very handy. I am curious if any other daws have this function.

Thanks, guys I have Synthesizer V and a couple of voices. I was just getting into that when I left here. I had not heard of Ace Studio before so I will go take a look. Yes, the whole idea was to get usable vocals. I ran the mp3 through three or four online programs. Some did better than others but none were usable. In the process of messing around with Suno this time, I learned some things that were actually a bit disturbing. Suno can produce much better songs than I thought it could. There are people producing songs with Suno, that have thousands of followers. Regardless of what the copyright laws are, songs made in this fashion can be monetized. This software can create songs in other languages. https://suno.com/Page down and listen to Top Categories. This AI-generated song software may be considerably more of an economic issue for musicians than I thought. Billy

Someone posted a Suno song on the forum the other day that. Actually, they posted two different settings of the same lyrics.
Both versions were top-rate.
If you don't mind AI writing the song, that's the route to take.
