Hello,
I need to transpose some measures only of the melody down an octaves not all the part. I absolutely have not found how to do it... Is there a way to do it other than note by note..
I am using BIAB MAC Version 2024 803.

Greetings,
Is the melody midi or audio?
For audio use the Audio Editor window. Highlight to select what you want transposed. Select the Edit tab. Select Transpose.
For midi you can use the Notation or Piano Roll window.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that it was midi. I'm trying to transpose several measures an octave down at once and not note by note. I haven't seen anything possible using Notation or Piano roll: when I select several notes, nothing happens. I have tried « Shift », « Option «, « Command » keys and so on but no result.
Moreover, I have tried the menu Transpose: you can select a number of measures to transpose from one key to another but it is not possible to transpose an octave down (or up). So…

Hello,
Well, I have found: with the Piano Roll, if you select the notes, then drag + shift button, it works. But the same thing does not work with the Notation Windows.
So thanks a lot to all, case closed for me !
