I have checked this in notation and yes a D7sus shows a D7sus4.
Mario, are you sure? I can't get that to happen either in the Chord sheet or the Notation. I get the exact opposite: D7sus4 shows a D7sus.
I meant that the notation showed the notes of the D7sus4, not the chord name. After rereading my message I can see where it was confusing. I apologize for that.
