The Sun Gently Sets

You are a concert violinist. Your long time girlfriend just left you and ran away with the lead guitarist of a heavy metal group. You grab your violin, sit on the river's bank, and play your broken heart out as the sun gently sets.

BiaB style - Enya 44
I only used:
Piano - Kontakt - Kurt Hunter's Virtuoso strings
Strings - Amadeus - Full Strings

Via my breath and keyboard controllers I am playing the Swam Violin

As always all comments are welcomed.

My momma didn't raise a fool. And if she did it, was one of my brothers.

A very nice walk along the water. But the violinist must not end up in it.

I love this. I can play the piano like that.

Beautiful and relaxing instrumental, Mario. Though if I'd been a concert violinist and my lady left me for a heavy metal lead guitarist there'd be a snippet of a super-loud guitar solo instantly followed by an explosion at the end! laugh

Wonderfully sad - heartbreaking.
Being the person I am, I had of course bought a pickup for my violin, a stack of amps, and fiddled this wannabe rocker out of town cool

This is SO beautiful. Loved it. One of your very best, I think. So calming and peaceful.

Beautiful string section entries, around 1:40 or so, and again at around 2:20 or so.

Bravo. It's as if it talks to you.

Mario, very nicely set up and delivered! Great playing as always, and I always enjoy slowing my mind down for your leisurely musical journeys. Really cool how endlessly interesting the I-VI-IV-V can be in skilled hands. Well done!

Thanx Ray. I had to look up mouth violin as I never had heard of it before. I really didn't get the connection to my song but that is OK. Thanx for listening and commenting.

Thanx for listening and commenting. An electric violin even with a stack of amps is no contest for a metal guitarist grin
