It seems this time to be at the 4th measure, even though there is no part marker ahead. The drum part is just a hi-hat and kick drum, so there's no reason to do a fill there.

Some styles are written that way. I write aftermarket styles, and I can see how that could easily be done if the style writer chooses to do so.
The first thing I would do is try different styles and see if the same thing occurs in the same places. If all styles do that, I'd suspect the app, if only certain styles do that, I'd suspect the styles.
If it's the style, I'd choose another, if it's the app, I'd contact support.
I've noticed that for years, with many of the jazz styles. Drum fills occur (on occasion) where none need to be. To my hearing, it sounds awkward and out of place.
Since I prefer MIDI styles due to their ability to be edited, I export to MIDI and then get rid of the unwanted rolls by copying and pasting an appropriate bar without a roll.
There are literally thousands of things you can do with MIDI that you cannot do with prerecorded audio.
With a good synth, they will sound at least 90% as good as the audio, and IMO, with the increased editability you can make the final product sound much, much better.
