Words by my late father and the music by myself from 1980. I sing and play guitars and banjo. I remixed this in 2025. I produced this at my home with Band in a Box and Reaper. The storyteller (words Keijo Blomberg, music Esa Blomberg 1980) He just laughs at his smartness, and continues on his course again. ”I have a new story again, may I sit to your table? And even though he didn't get permission, he still took the best seat. And as only accidentally, he tastes your pint. When you realize it's a mistake, he drains the last of the foam, and begging your pardon very much, he orders another round. You get to hear the old story, but the storyteller just keeps on laughing. He doesn't even notice to pay for the round, when he starts another tale. ****** Song Summary ************* Title: Juttumies Sanat Keijo Blomberg 1980, sävel Esa Blomberg) Style is _JAZFRED.STY (Jazz Fred w/ Piano) RealTracks used: RealTracks in style: ~443:Bass, Acoustic, Jazz Sw 140 RealTracks in song: ~1048:Organ, B3, Rhythm Jazz Sw 140 RealTracks in song: ~2188:Piano, Electric, Rhythm Jazz Sw 140 RealDrums in style:JazzBrushes: a: Brushes Swirling b: Brushes Busier

You sure get a lot out of the banjo!! I really appreciate that particular style that you have, using your guitar/banjo expertise as the backing for so many projects. This was quite enjoyable to listen to, and I assume a great tribute to your father to have collaborated like this. Thanks so much for posting!

Ah, that's a funny story, and so accurate portrail of The Storyteller. Your dad must have been a fun guy. I like the instrumentation for this one, too. The guitar is perfect, and I loike how it has the alst word of the story.

I have a plectrum and a tenor banjo. Both with 4 strings. With the plectrum banjo, which is tuned to Chicago tuning DGBE, I can emulate bluegrass banjo. With the tenor banjo, tuned to Celtic tuning GDAE I can play fiddle melodies and play jazz rhythm banjo.

Ari, a super groove, great rhythm section, and a super vocal. Great mix. One of your best to date.

Fun lyrics and another great production.

Great job, Ari, I really enjoyed it. What a treat to have two generations work on a song.

Thanks. My late father started writing poems when he got retired, but he was also handy with woodworks. I started producing songs at my home studio.
