I love it! Hearing it has brought out some great aspects - colour and shades… - Beth’s voice has much more empathy and nurturing, which is a good fit for the theme - The harmonies in the chorus are wonderful - particularly in the passage I mention next - The line “It’s easy to ignore it all, and better to break down the walls” better brings out the melody and the chord change from major to minor Beth’s version has more space in it (more intimate), because I normally surround my own singing with instruments and harmonies to support it (a.k.a. hide the warts).
