Dancing with Destiny!
Hello, While I busk, I meet many people, I was impressed at the way a homeless couple handles their demise of being homeless. I learned things from them. This song I wrote for them, and perform it, regularly. As a side note, busking is just part of my goals. I re-read the rules here, and the main thing that a member has to make sure is, the songs they post are original and theirs, it also says, if you used BiaB then to post the memo. I cannot post the RT's I use as they are personal and BiaB doesn't use them as RT's, but I do. However, I can and will post what I use for busking. Anyway, this process starts with BiaB and ends in a finished production song for the upcoming release. So, is this ready for release? BTW! I painted a pretty picture for it, kind of unique.
Here is the memo from the BiaB song base that I created, and the one I use for busking right now..

Hi Donny!
I love the way the sax and guitar dance together in the last minute or so of the song!

Well, Donny,
if you can't sing or don't have anyone to sing your songs, I can understand why you use SUNO or another AI program. No problem. But if you can't even manage to create a usable backing track with BiaB and have to have it recalculated by SUNO, for example, then in my opinion the song has no place in THIS forum.

Sensational, Donny. I was homeless for a year or so, and met some extraordinary people. They would all love this sonhg as much as I do. Man, that sax AND guitar solos soar magnificently.

Enjoy whatever happens!

Donny, you are on a roll! Another great composition. This one was smooth as ice! Loved the vocal and guitar. The sax was a great addition. Super mix.
Loved it

OK, a random thought;
Why does toilet paper need a commercial? Who's not buying it?

Maybe you should try and check out the BiaB song I use to busk, or better yet write one with the BiaB players I use, thanks for your input. Here, again, is the memo of the BiaB players I use, if they aren't good enough for you, then don't listen to my stuff. Also, go read the rules, the songs have to be your own, and only IF you did use BiaB, then post the memo, which I always do. Have a great day, BTW! I don't usually post the chord work I wrote for this, but if you want it let me know, I will PM them to you, use the same _SOLFUNK.STY, that way you can plug the chords in and see how the BiaB players (all 3 guitarists) play it exactly as I wrote and posted it.

I even get people come up to me on the street and tell me they don't believe it is me playing, oh well. I consider these comments to be complimentary, and they edge me on to higher ground, so thanks again. As far as any A I agent being part of modern music, things are just getting started, end of discussion.

So, I went ahead and made a second version of my original, sure I sing it all the time, but I love it when a singer covers my work. LOL. Now the rules say don't post two different songs in the same thread, I don't think they meant of the same song. So, here is another version of my BiaB song, an A I cover. Bear in mind I have not changed the songs MEMO. I know this is newer stuff and may not be your thing, so if not, please move on, I am just getting started. I have well over 5 straight hours of new material when played back-to-back. I busk 4 sets of 12 songs of BiaB material. Thanks for your input, everyone, it helps me thru the muck. BTW! Thanks for everyone speaking nice about my health, I am finally getting better and am writing a very cool number, well cool to me.

Andi, what is the difference between swapping out RTs for Suno tracks, as opposed to swapping out every RT in a song for MIDI tracks (as some here have been doing for years)? If you set certain parameters in Suno, it often follows the RTs pretty well. It seems to me if you produced the song in BIAB and then uploaded it to Suno, BIAB was a major part of the process. And that should be enough to meet the criteria for the forum. Not trying to be contentious, I respect your opinion. But I've been thinking of posting my Suno tracks, and wondering if that would be kosher, (BTW, if you set certain parameters, Suno will follow your original vocal melody as well.)

CHATPGT: Does BiaB have and use an A.I. feature for songwriting?

Yes, Band-in-a-Box (BiaB) 2025 includes a robust AI Lyrics Generator that offers six distinct modes to help with lyric creation:

Word/Phrase Suggestions: Find rhymes, synonyms, antonyms, related words, or alliterations.

Songwriting Assistant: Chat with the AI to develop song ideas.

Inspiration Mode: Generate themes, titles, or full song concepts.

Lyrics Improvement: Refine, rewrite, or extend existing lyrics.

Full Song Lyrics: Create complete lyrics based on structure (e.g., AABA), number of lines, and more.

Custom Mode: Freestyle with the AI for creative exploration.

There's no requirement that songs posted on the forum need to involve BiaB.

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?

'But if you can't even manage to create a usable backing track with BiaB'

Pretty sure he was telling me of how inferior I am to users, I guess like he is, that know how to use BiaB appropriately. Now that, may be a violation of the rules for sure. Like I say, I get this sort of bad mouthing on the streets from time to time. Life moves on.
BTW! I play three sets of 12 original songs per/set of BiaB Jukebox, BiaB buys cat food and so much more, I love BiaB so....
