I installed the most recent update: bb2010update_build11.
When i checked : " What Add-ons do i have ? " it tells me what Soloist, Real Drums, Real Tracks I DO NOT HAVE. The listing is completely wrong because i nearly have all of them. Unfortunately I forget how i refresh and remind BB what add ons i do have . There is nothing that I see to use from the menu bar to refresh the listing. If there is no such selection then there should be or it should automatically done for the user.
Please remind me how i refresh the listings of add ons.
Incidentally, aside from this glitch this latest update was a long time coming.

Strange, the listing works correctly for me. Any others with similar findings as Walter?
(menu item MIDI - What Add ons do I have on Mac 2010).
There isn't any refresh command, the function reads everything anew each time you launch the dialog.

Walter,
check your RT folder and see if there is another folder named RealTracks. I have my RT on an external drive, and the 2010 RT's were added to a folder within RealTracks. Dragged them out and everything was working as expected.

The add-ons listing is accurate on my BIAB external drive, V.2010 build 12.
UltraPAK 2021, 27" late 2012 iMac, 16 GB RAM, OSX 10.15.7

Yes, to be seen, the RealTracks must be:
1. Present in the RealTracks folder (make sure that there isn't a nested Realtracks folder in there)
2. If you aren't using the default where the RealTracks folder is in the same folder as Band-in-a-Box.app, then set the folder location in [RealTracks button] - Realtracks Settings.
Pressing the RealTracks button and going to the RealTracks picker also shows you what RealTracks that you don't have (if you select show RT that are N/A checkbox)
