Original tune - Brent Mason on ac/el guitars, I play piano
over my chords. BB Style used was:

Great sound... Love the combination of your playing and the electric guitar RTs.

Carl, your piano blended extremely well with the lead guitar and the other backing tracks.
I liked it!

Cool song. I was grooving all the way through it. Your piano weaves into the lead guitar well, just like the two of you were in the studio playing off each other.

Hi, Carl.

I always enjoy listening to yours songs - they've got a lovely musicality.

As Scott there's a nice interplay between the piano and guitar.

Mario, Scott & David - thanks all for listening and nice comments!
Very pleased it sounded ok to your ears, as fingers deteriorate
slowly with age the piano option becomes more important - not
the agony in the fingers when on the keys, so R/Ts vital.
Thanks to BB and Brent Mason!!
Cheers all,

Carl

Hi Carl!
That minor IV chord just never loses its ‘zing’ does it? There was also a cool chord change around 0:59 and repeated later - I think it was minor IV to some other minor. Not sure if I’m right, but whatever it was, it sounded great!

Ooo, I really like the progression, Carl. Brent is always good. The piano is what tells the story. Did you have to regenerate much of Brent's electric playing? Always a pleasure to listen to your creations, Carl.

Enjoy whatever happens!

Thanks Marty - always been fascinated by chord progressions,
glad you liked this one (did you see I posted a copy for Andrew?).
Reg 'regenerate Brent's el/ac playing' - yesterday is already a long
time ago with my memory, but as far as I remember I had to
regenerate most of it after porting the Style files into Logic Pro one by one!
So the whole thing took around 6 hours incl mix & master (as far
as I'm able) - I enjoy doing that process manually, ear challenge!
The piano was Spectrasonics Keyscape C7 Studio played live over
the Style files with my chords (in case anyone is interested?) with
only minor edits while finalising the mix.
Cheers Marty, Carl

Another beautiful instrumental, Car. Watching a big buffalo herd grazing this time around.

You can't go wrong with Brent.
Together with your piano playing, it creates a pleasant, relaxed mood that reminds me of Mark Knopfler's solo works.
Enjoyed my listen!
