I just received Band in a Box 2010 Ultra Pack today in the post, but I cant seem to upload it and was wondering if others have had similar problems?
Bascially, when I connect the USB to my PC, my PC makes a noise and the USB appears in MY Computer under H drive. However, when I try and open it, it wont work, I just get a message saying "please insert disk into drive H". I dont have a disk because the version I have is Hard Drive only.
I wasnt sure if it was my PC that was the problem, or if others also have this issue?
When I connect a USB to my computer, it normally brings up a menu straight away, giving me the option to open folders on the USB. With this hard drive and USB, it doesnt.
I have followed all the troubleshoot instructions that came with Band in a Box 2010, but none of them seem to work. It is quite frustrating because, as you all know, it is quite expensive to buy Band in a Box, and I really wanted to get started ASAP.
Can anybody offer any suggestions? And has anyone had similar experiences?

Hi Enforcer, I'd try the following. (I'm assuming that your computer has front USB connections as well as rear connections.) One- Turn off your computer and disconnect the USB drive.
- Restart your computer.
- Remove the USB cable from the drive and plug in both connections of the Y-connector into the front of your computer.
- Plug in the connector to the USB drive and see what happens.
If that doesn't work... TwoRepeat the above but plug in the Y-connector to the rear of the computer. From reading these forums, it seems that on some computers, the rear USB connectors provide more power. If neither of the above worked, I'd be using the toll-free number to contact PGMusic. They are exceptionally good at looking after their customers and, if you have a faulty USB drive, PGMusic will not hesitate to replace it. All the best, Noel
